Ellie Bakes is a small independent cake making business, located in Berrow, Burnham-On-Sea, Somerset, creating handmade bespoke treats for any and all occasions. It is run by myself, Eloise Baker, with the support of my close friends and family. I am self-taught specialising in buttercream cakes, particularly drip cakes. Everything is made to order, using high quality, free range ingredients and sourcing locally where possible.
